Southern Indiana Dealers

Has anyone out there had any experiences with the modular home dealers in southern Indiana ?? Specifically the dealers close to the Louisville, Kentucky metro area ? I have been looking at what is available here, and the dominant brands seem to be Fleetwood, Patriot, Fairmont, and Redman.
One dealer in particular I am looking for information on--good or bad-- is Storybrook Homes of Clarksville, Indiana. Any input or opinions is appreciated.
