finding a mortgage for a manufactured home on leased land

My mother is presently in the process of purchasing a manufactured home in Florida on LEASED land. We are having major trouble trying to locate a bank or mortgage lender who will do a mortgage on leased land here in Florida. Are there any lenders that do this in this area? Please help ASAP.
