How to get spaces in a park?

Hello all..Great advice...I'm kinda new to the business and was wondering the best ways to get spaces in parks...We sell new homes and also list older ones. I would like to work on pull outs too. I'm in Los Angeles / Orange County area...Any advice from you all would be great..

Come up to Bakersfield and I can give you lots of spaces! I am the sales manager for 5 parks here and with the housing boom here we are selling lots of homes. The owner would gladly give you spaces to sell your homes because we are upgrading the parks. Riverdale Village has 40 empty spaces. Space rent is 320.00 per month includes water, sewer, trash. All amenities and waiting for you.
