Hi wondering what the quality of astro homes are found 2003 28 by 80 4 bdr 2 baths for 54000 are they good homes

This is a Cavalier Product....Lots of goodie features....but 24 inch rafters, floor joists and 2x3 interior and marrage walls on 24 inch centers...This is the most basic of the construction available in manufactured homes...For the money..a good value..high construction quality in this size would probably be more expensive...

You like all of us..have to make the decision which home you want by comparing size, features and quality..then making the combination fit our pocketbook...If this is all the pocketbook can handle..some folks would sacrifice the features and/or the size for better quality..
