Solitaire homes

We are thinking of purchasing a Solitaire home, but would first like to hear from people who have purchased one. I have not seen a lot of bad PR concerning Solitaire homes like I have some of the other brands. Are you satisfied with your home? We're leaving a stick built home and moving to a MF home on 5 acres and want to make sure we purchase the best constructed home available.
PLEASE, let me know if you have had any bad experiences. I am particularly interested in problems with the home itself, not sales rep. problems. I have an extensive background in sales, and know they all lie! That's why I am no longer in sales. I NEVER believe a salesperson! Because of my background in sales, I know to have everything put in writing.

I am currently in the process of purchasing a Solitaire 973 Platinum Package. What have you found out and have you talked price yet. I have not completed the purchase, but I have shopped around. Solitaire appears to be one of the better built homes.
