Floors
Re: Floors
We moved into our Colony home in 2022 and experienced a similar issue — it turned out to be minor settling and subfloor adjustment. We'd have a contractor inspect it and add extra support,Poor Bunny so I’d recommend having yours inspected just to be safe.

Re: Floors
New homes can settle a bit—have the foundation and leveling checked under warranty.
Re: Floors
It's great to hear you've moved into your new Colony home! Uneven floors can be a common issue, so you're definitely not alone in that. It might help to check if the foundation was leveled properly during construction. By the way, speaking of new experiences, I've been enjoying playing Run 3 lately—it’s a fun distraction! Hope you get the floor situation sorted out soon!

Re: Floors
We haven't experienced that specifically with our home, but I've heard similar stories about floors settling in new construction, regardless of the builder. It could be related to the subfloor settling unevenly, or even just variations in the materials themselves. Have you considered having a professional floor inspector take a look? They might be able to pinpoint the cause and suggest solutions. I was even watching some crazy cattle 3d animation the other day, and noticed how detailed they get with surfaces; really makes you appreciate the subtle complexities we deal with in the real world!
