Me and my wife live in Toowoomba. I'm giving her money to build a house on land she purchased several years ago. I'm 54 years old, and she's 46. I'm imagining what would happen if she died before I did. Although it's more likely that I'll die first, if she does, I'd like to have the legal right to stay in the house for as long as I required. I realize I won't be able to own the land/property, but I heard that a 30-year lease could be a possibility. I also contact with mandslawyers but they are not dealing in such cases. Is there anyone who knows a decent lawyer who specializes in property law or has experience with property law who might assist me with the legal side of things?
Thanks in advance for any help
Can anyone recommend a lawyer?
