No power

We own a 1994 pioneer home , model 402.n we have lost power to half of the home , master bedroom and living room, all plugs and lights. Does anyone know where the crossover was made? What's funny is the small bedroom on same side works fine . It is not the breaker. We lost the common/neutral wire.
