I have a 1977 single-wide mobile home located in Romney, West Virginia. This mobile home will need some work. It has been rennovated from a 3 bedroom 2 bath to a 2 bedroom/2 bath. It will need to be moved from the site where it is currently located. It has a washer, dryer, fridge, and microwave. I am looking to donate it for tax purposes.
