can I list a home that needs to be moved?

I have a 2 year old beautiful manufactured home that I am thinking of selling. However, the buyer would need to move it to their desired location. Do you accept these types of listings on this site and if so, are there people in the market for this type of situation? Thanks for any feedback you can provide.
