mobile home for charity/ move

We have a single wide in good condition in Bryan, TX that we would like to donate to a charitable organization for them to move - and for a tax deduction. Anyone know what organizations might accept this home?

I have a 1991 single wide mobile home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in Gray, GA that I would like to donate to a charity for a tax deduction. If anyone knows of an organization in middle Georgia that would accept this home, please reply.
