What to do with a unwanted single wide

Hi, I live near nashville tennessee and we live in a singlewide but has out grown it.Where we live mobile homes are not a big seller so we are not looking at successfully selling it . So does anyone know what someone could do with this home. its in a mh park now. Thanks

Farmers may be interested in it as employee housing.

Contact the local dealers that you will find listed in your area Yellow Pages. You will find one or more that specializes in the renovation and resale of pre-owned homes who will probably be very happy to get that unwanted home out of your life.
You might also talk to the park manager and ask him/her if they would be interested in just taking over the home. Most park owners are happy to get a free unit.

DEPENDING ON CONDITION.. I HAVE A GREAT DEAL OF SUCCESS IN MARKETING TO YOUNG COUPLES, SENIORS, ROOMATES, ON SINGLEWIDES OF ANY SIZE AND AGE. ALSO, CONSIDER LEASE PURCHASE BEFORE GIVING IT TO A DEALER OR PARK OWNER.

i am a single mom with 2 kids. i am looking for a good home to start out in by myself and my 2 kids. i dont have alot of money to buy a new home. i would be happy to have a good home for my kids and myself.

Ihave appx. 15by 68 single wide to I ned to danate. Fairly good condition and must be moceb by the middle of April. It is near Brooklyn,Michigan
