Selling Docs required?

I have not listed on th site yet, but believe I shall. My question: My property is locaed in a 55+ gated community in Florida, Vero Beach. What documents shall I require to sell the home, and any advice on selling would be appreciated. Any books on this specific subject?

I think you might find useful information in Deals on Wheels. Although it is written primarily for folks interested in selling homes as a business, it does include a wealth of information on buying and selling Manufactured Homes in general.
