Hello, My mother passed away and I am having to sell her home. It is a 1991 Golden West Bradbury. 2 bedroom and 2 bath. it has 1188 SQ FT. It sits in a 55+ park. She had a new roof and sky lights put on it just a year ago and it has much more. I guess what I am asking is, is some people want me to sell it for 60 to 70 thousand. I feel the house is worth more because of what it has. What is a good price for a house that has been up keept and has a nice land scaped yard?
