Active listing

I inputted 3 listings and one still says not active. I don't know why or what I did wrong please let me know. The only thing I could think of is I did not put the address number in (for a reason) Is this why it is not active. Please advise.

Most issues with submissions that are not posted are either simple typos or do not comply with our
Listing Guidelines
For some reason you didn't see or understand the email I sent on 9/18/05 which explained why the third listing was not on line and what you could do to help us get it online (is the price of the home really $38?) .
I have emailed it to you again. If you do not receive the email then it will be necesary to establish working contact information before proceeding.
When advertising on the Internet it is important to check your email frequently.
