How can I search these Florida listings to see if there are any for sale that have a garage - or that you can enclose a car port. And also to see if motorcycles are allowed?

There is currently no way to search by gararges. Don't hesitate to look at the listings in the particular towns your which interested. Carports and Garages are generally mentioned in the "Full Description and Condition" field and/or "Features".
It might be best to ask the particular community about laws or rules regarding motorcycles.
