I want to update my add and my login is not working. Tried the "forgot password" feature with no luck. What can we do to get my account right? Also, need to update add and want to make sure it isn't taken down. How long is each add posted? How often do we need to update it?

Hello Steve,

Users may edit their listings any time they desire. Lisitngs stay online until we reecive notice the property is sold.

Update your listing whenever necessary to keep your listing accurate, interesting and up to date.

Nearly all log in issues stem from forgotten user names and or simple typos.

From the MLS Help Forum (which contains many entries regarding logging in),

"We recommend using the first and last name of the person who is responsible for the listing. We make this recommendation so that intersted prospects know who to speak with when they call about your listing.

If you have a listing online simply look at the contact name and you will have your user name. Try using your original password once you have remembered or confirmed your user name.

Computers are absolutely literal. A person who was having great difficualty and becoming very unfriendly after repeatedly entering an incorrect user data explained, "I was only off by one letter". Please don't "assume" any name or password would be different than how you received it.

Please write down your user name and password for your account so you can easily access your listing(s)."

If you need further help logging in please email me directly at [email protected] and we can reset your password if necessary.

Thanks,
Peter

Dear Sirs: I could not get into my listing to make some changes. I wanted to add something that would be included with the trailer sale and I wanted to lower the price. Please tell me how to get into my listing. When I log on and click on "edit my listing" something comes up that says I have no listing at all when I know that I am the only listing for South Dakota and am currently on your map.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello Dorlene,

Mystery solved. For some reason you had created two user accounts. I transferred your listing to the proper user name.

We suggest everyone use their first and last name as their user name. The first and last name is easy to remember and more importantly, it allows prospects to directly contact the person in charge of the listing.

Thanks,
Peter
