want to remove my ad

I tried to edit my ad, but can't remember my user name and password. Requested password to be sent to my e-mail, but have recieved nothing yed, although when i go to "edit my ad", a message says that it has been sent. NO, it has not, or if it was it was not done correctly. My 1978 Windsoe mobile home has been sold to a local buyer. I need to have my ad removed. Thank you.

Hello Joyce,

It is a good idea to check your spelling when your are not getting the results you expect when working with computers.

I received a failed delivery notice on your password request. While it is easy for people to read through spelling errors, computers are absolutely literal. The computer tried to send you a new passord at the erroneous address you sent. It is very difficult to try and figure out the correct email address from mistyped entries.
