trading in old for new

we currently have a double wide on land we own out right. we have purchased another peice of land and want to trade in our old home for a new one and place it on the new land. does anyone know about trading in old homes for new ones? i am not sure if it can even be done.. if anyone has info. it would be great...

Visit the local MH Retailers. Most are happy to take your older home in trade
