Why are homes that have been sold still listed?

Hello Dick,

We have left some of the sold properties online marked SOLD so that viewers will know that the MLS has been successful in their area. We have found that in some locations listings move so quickly that often there are few. Before we began to leave a few Sold listings up some listers were hesitant to add their listings, incorrectly thinking there is no interest in that local.

If you know of any listings that are sold and not marked sold please let me know.
