Can you tell me how you pick the Featured LIstings on the home page?

No on ever answered me on this. Could I please get an answer?

We start by selecting the best looking photos of the homes submitted that week. Then go back and pick a few from earlier dates. We cant use any second quality photos, only pictures that are clear well lighted and with good color. . We also try to show a selection from around the country.
