Removing divider wall that has a window in it.

As I said in my other post, we purchased a 1999 triple wide foreclosure that needs some major remodeling.

Has anybody here ever removed a divider wall thingy that has a "window" pane in it ?

When you walk in the front door , it is to the right to divide the "foyer" from the living room. Just a little (3ft?) wide wall that doesn't seem to be supporting anything and has an etched window pane in it.

I hate it. I think it just screams CHEAP and RETRO. (No offense if you like those walls).

I would like to totally remove it. Do you think it's safe to just start the demo or is there something I should know ? Husband is an electrician so no issues there.
