Can I close the floor vents in rooms of single wide I am not using ,like bedroom during the day , can I close both the intake an the out flow vents of one or more rooms and not damage the system , is this advisable ?

It is OK to partly close off the vents in unused rooms. If totally deprive part of your hone from air conditioning the differential may cause condensation in the walls and lead to mold growth..... not a good idea to shut down the return air in any room
