I have a double wide modular home. It has cathedral celings, following the rood line. I have had a leak in the living room and it was right where the vent is. We fared around it. And still had the same problem again. My husband made a type of covering if you will thinking the wind is blowing the rain in. It has helped a lot. Now lastnight it happened again but in the kitchen over another vent area!!! And a lot larger of a spot! What's going on and how can I fix this???

Phone three or four licensed roofers in your area for an estimate. Most will offer a free visit to look at your problem and tell you what they would do to correct it. If all three find the same problem and recommend the same fix your choices then are do-it-yourself or hire the one you think might do the best (not the cheapest) job
