Our company is looking to find the size of the frame centers for 16', 14' and 12' homes. We are trying to upgrade pads, and are not sure what dimensions the new pads need to be. Thank you.

Frame centers are not standardized. They can range from 75" to 112". Most homes also require perimeter support at sidewall openings.
