Size of a standard entry door on a doublewide mh

I need to know the standard size of an entry door on a doublewide mh. We bought a 2000 sq ft 1996 doublewide as a summer home in nc. We presently are in PA and want to buy a new fridge that is a really good deal at Lowes but we don't know the size of the door on the mh. Anyone tell me the standard size?

There is no standard size. Each MH builder uses different brand and sizes of exterior doors. Some use several sizes. You may need to have a neighbor stop over and put a tape to the door.

Most refrigerators have removable doors so that you (or a mover) can get the box thru almost any door.

Lowes has very reasonable delivery costs. I always have the vendor deliver large purchases. Lowes will put the fridge in place in your kitchen. This avoids any questions that might arise if that new fridge has any defects. We purchased a new top of the line washer and dryer set at Lowes last year. They brought them out and put them in place in our garage.

Over the next three weeks we had to request warranty service four times. Needless to say I was very frustrated. I phoned Lowes and told them I was very dissatisfied with continuing repairs on brand new equipment. We had to take our cloths to the local coin laundry while the new washer/dryer waited for service.

Lowes let us go to the nearest store and pick out a competing brand. They delivered the second new set and took our original choice back. I'm afraid if I had hauled and installed the new appliances myself I may not have been so lucky.

I did not expect this level of customer service. I expected to be referred back to the manufacturer. By listening to and hearing my problem Lowes has made me a loyal customer and continues to get my money on a regular basis.
