putting in a new interior doorway

We have a spare room/study that is too small for much use and we're thinking of turning it into a nice walk-in master closet since our current master closet is too small. We would like to put in a new doorway from the bedroom into this study room since they have a common wall. My main question is would this compromise the structural support? If we are able to put in the doorway without removing any beams (just removing drywall and installing jambs and trim) would we be safe?
Finally, if we can turn this study into our master closet, we were thinking of taking down the existing closet's walls to open up that space in the master bedroom area. These are 2 small walls that we're doubtful are load-bearing walls. Is there any way to tell which walls are load-bearing and should not be removed?
Our doublewide is a 1998 Jacobsen Homes 4 bedroom 2 bath. Not sure of the model number
