I suggest calling a glass company. Most likely it is low E glass. Low E glass has a distinct blue or green tint. You will not be able to notice it now, but if you replace with clear glass or the wrong brand of low E you will sure see something looks wrong. If you still want to do it yourself, it is usually easier for a do it your selfer to change the whole window than just the glass. It takes some skill to remove and replace insulated glass (double pane) from the upper sash of a Kinro window without breaking any vinyl parts. If you really want to do it, you need to remove the vinyl stops (the long, narrow mouldings that go around the edge of the glass.) I can't remember off hand whether they are on the inside or outside of your window. They will most likely break. Then you can remove both panes of glass and the spacer between them in one piece. You will probably have to cut the caulk that is sealing them in. If only one pane is broken you can have it replaced and the dual pane resealed at a glass store. If they are both broken, they can build you a new one. Take the old one to them, they need the exact size and will need to check the color of the glass. Then you just set back in place and caulk it and replace the stops. You will likely have to caulk the stops to get them to stay in place.

If your home has the older types of siding you will most likely find the windows were installed from the outside. If The window is installed with screws around it on the exterior into the siding of the home, Remove the entire window unit and take it to a glass shop. Let them re-glaze it and then reinstall it using putty tape under the flange that the screws go through and a bead of caulking across the top.

If your home has vinyl siding see How to Replacing Glass in a Window

Glass breaks very easily....Unless you have the tools and experience handling glass it is often best and least expensive to just let a glass guy come to your home and make the repairs. If the glass is not cut to an almost perfect fit (about 1/8 of an inch) you will end up with glass that wont fit or permits air to seep around the edges... try slicing 1/8 of an inch off a sheet of glass... it is almost imposable.
