I NEED THIS SO I CAN OBTAIN BUILDERS PERMIT TO SET UP AND LIVE IN MY MOBILE. CAN MAKE PMTS.OR WORK OUT SOMETHING

All states now require that licensed manufactured home installers pull the permit..This means they will be responsible for the work even if you do it...You have not mentioned which state you are in..You might want to check your phone book or call dealers in your area for refferals...Most will not just pull a permit without doing the work...Quality set up is NOT CHEAP...
