remodel manufactured home or replace with new

I'm thinking about buying a New manufactured home or to remodel the exciting home which is a manufactured 1986 Fleetwood double wide 27 x 60 with an addition build on the side.
I am in a heavey wheelchair which over the years the floor is creaking and spoungy.
If I remodel, I would like to add another 800 sq feet to the side and remodel the floor plan and add 'log' modular siding.
Or next option would be to move this manufacture home and replace it with a new one.
appreciate any suggestions..

Doug

Unless you can do the work yourself it would be cost prohibitive to hire a contractor to do the work. You'd probably be better off to get exactly what you need and order one that's new. You could then have them make the halls wider, the doorways wider and the bathroom more easily accessible (at least I'd think you could)
