I am adding a screened patio enclosure to my RV. I bought a kit that meets the size of my deck and the height of my RV. I would like to find a way to attach the stabilizer rails of the kit to the outside of my trailer without piercing the skin. I've seen a system that uses a board with foam-backing of some sort to seal the gap and, apparently lets you attach the rail to it. I will be able to attach to the top as I'm using the screws from my old awning rail.

Any ideas? If no one is aware of this foam-backed product, what's the best way to attach a piece of wood to the outside of the trailer. I'm thinking liquid nails. ??

There are some very strong double-stick foam tapes - I'd look for one of those - that way if you ever wanted to remove it, a knife blade would do the trick. Otherwise, yes, liquid nails would work just fine. It would be horrible to remove, though - it might be stronger than the skin of your trailer.
