Replacing flat metal roof

Hello,

I have a 1982 Skyline Buddy single-wide. It has a metal roof which is held down in many places by tires. The roof is also starting to leak and we would like to replace it. The roof is flat so we don't know how to go about doing this and/or what materials to use.
