REPLACING DAMAGED FLOORING IN 3 ROOMS

Looking at buying a vacant manufactured home (1500 sq ft home) with damaged floors. The master bedroom, master bath & 2nd bath all need new flooring. This is all on one side of the home. Can we just remove the old flooring & put down new? Or will this effect the walls? Do we have to brace the walls up & replace the flooring from underneath? What is the best way to properly replace the flooring in the 3 rooms?
Thanks!
