Hello all My name is Larry, I would like to know what the differance between a heater build for a mobile home and a heater built for a stick build home is, Whay are all furnaces certified to be installed in a mobile home?

Manufactured Housing regulations require all fuel burning applicances in a MH be of a closed combustion type, and draw combustion air from outside of the house, and as you stated, must be listed for installation in a manufactured home.
