sagging floor repair question

My floor is sagging along the outer edges (turns out there was no ground vapor barrier installed & inadequate ventilation--getting those fixed now.)
-----suggestions as to how to go about shoring up/repairing once the flooring is dried again?
Envisioning lengthwise concrete piers plus jacks, or perimeter concrete sill..?
The foundation currently is concrete slabs with posts & anchors (I think every 8'?) and quite secure but obviously not enough to prevent moisture sagging.
