1996 Clayton, has the gray water hoses like fittings. I need to change a faucet in my master bath, and I have picked up new faucet I hooked up the faucet, and both line had leaks, that tells me I may need to adapt. I don't think I was cross threading them.
Thank you Glenn
Changing a bathroom faucet
Re: Changing a bathroom faucet
Whenever I change faucets, I almost always put new ends on the waterlines. What I like to do is first install a shut-off if it doesn't already have one. Then install a standard flexible faucet connector.
Tricky part will be installing the shut-off as you will first have to adapt the gray poly to pex. Generally that's just a simple transition kit and a 1/2" crimping tool.

You gotta see my repair manual!
