can you please tell me if in the state of Pa. you have to have a license to set up a double wide home?

Starting sometime this year, HUD is requiring all States to have requirements for setting up manufactured homes. Whether set-up crews in PA were required to have a license before that, I do not know.

The certification process for installers in PA is still not in effect. probably around the end of the year. but in PA, the new state building code oversees all homes including manufactured homes. New MH must be installed to the manufacuturers installation manual, used homes are up to the code officer.
So check with the code guy before you do anything.
