skylights and windows

Does anyone know how to get "bugs" out of the skylight? They look awful! There is a flat panel under the dome which, to me, looks like it could be popped out somehow.

Also, I have several windows and my patio door windows where the "seal" broke between the panes and now they are all foggy looking. I have a 1997 Skyline, which used Carefree windows but they went bankrupt and Skyline tells me they can't order windows for me because the sizes changed. I think that's a bunch of bull. Any "cheap" ideas?

Actually, about the windows, when Carefree went out of business Skyline switched over to Kinro windows. Due to the difference in the windows constuction Kinro would have had to create new sizes to fit the old Carefree window opening size. Skyline thought at that time it would be more cost efficient to change the opening then special order a new window size. So, the new windows are different and the old ones are no longer made. The only reason I know this is because my brother works in the office for Kinro and my uncle works for Skyline.

Thanks Greg. I sure wish there was some way they could have helped out somehow. It's going to cost a lot of money to have these replaced.

Any ideas on the skylights? I wasn't sure if I tried to pop that flat piece out if I would break some kind of seal and then it would leak.
