A/C Water Leak

I have a MAJOR problem with the condensate drain on my A/C unit.
The bottom half (under the 'A' coils) stays constantly soaked.
The drain pan is a thick PVC type material (so no rust-out issue) and does not apper to have any holes.
I have replaced the condensate drain line from the pan to the 'P' trap under my home.
The problem appears to be that the unit actually pulls the water out of the pan, down inside the blwer section and the all over the now destroyed floor.
There is never more than 1/4" of water standing in the pan during unit operation and drain line is clear.
