Can you please help me. I have a 12 year old manufactured home and the floors are cold and also squeak. The rest of the home is warm. but the floors are very cold and drafty. Any information you can give me will be very appreciated.

Thank You

I hate to tell ya, but cold floors is kind of the standard of living in a home that has no basement. There's a couple things you could check to reduce how cold your floors get.

First, be sure your underbelly is sealed. Second, be sure your skirting is in good shape. Adding insulation to your skirting will probably help the most of anything.

Many squeaks can be stopped by tightening the bolts up along the big i-beams that run underneath the home.
