Purchased a new fleetwood in 1997. It has vinyl covered sheetrock. The walls have turned yellow at the seams throughout the house. What do I need to do to latex these walls or some other method of covering this vinyl. Any suggestions?

If the vinyl is still adhering good, simply prime and paint. Use a primer designed to cover wallpaper.
