Michael,
It all depends on your ability to pay. I can easily spec out a 6000 sq ft home @ over $500,000.
We have Fuqua's that are over 2500 sq ft and retail for under $200K.
Then I have to ask, where do you want this home? We are Country Homes Real Estate and oddly enough, sell both land and mfg. homes here in California.
