Do I need to add more bracing under the floor for the added weight of a cast iron wood burning stove (250lbs)

Not if your floors are in good shape, eg, no soft spots. Some things to consider, the stove must be manufactured home approved and its also necessary to contact your insurance company to get their approval. For safety reasons proper installation to code is essential, particularly in a MH. Tom
