why am i getting repeated cracks in ceiling in kitchen ? it has been repaired by previous owner and crack became open again. poor job on previous owner or structure problem, home is 4 years old and is in great condition inside and out and underneath. Doublewide and not cracking where double wide put together but other direction. what should i do ? have it repair by good sheet rock person, or investigate ? doors are closing properly inside no other cracks except in that area.

Trying to buy with peace of mind, it's for my son in Afghanistan.

It could be both. Since we dont know how they did the repair, we are at a disadvantage with which way to go on this. It could be the home is in need of a relevel. Or they simply did a poor repair job. So its up to you on how to approach it. Certainly, the repair would be cheaper, but may may return if the home is unlevel. Tom
