Air Conditioner

What are the best 4 ton, cost effective and quiet air conditioners for a 1999 double home (2,077 square feet). Is a 4 ton sufficient for my square footage? My service man has informed me that the one I have now was not sized properly. I have 4 ton including duct work inside my home a 5 ton unit outside. The problem is that I do not get good air flow over the entire house, especially in the master bedroom and bath. The air conditioner is prone to ice up inside and outside. I don't think I can get the warranty insurance company to pay for improper sizing. This home was purchased used. Any advise ASAP would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Freddie

Freddie, I am not that HVAC experienced. But, here is what you can do. Go over to http://www.mhrv.com and look for an email me, link. Contact Rich who is a friend of mine. He is a guru when it comes to heating and AC problems with MH's. Tell him I sent you. Tom
