I am thinkin about buying a repo. It is in great condition except for a hole in the kitchen floor.
1. is it worth it.
2. I was wondering what type of material I need to use to cover it.
3. And what is the best way to go about it.

My advice to you is to contact a reputable MH repairman in your area and have him give the home a complete inspection. Used MH's are somewhat of a gamble, its best to safe than sorry. Hidden damage could end up costing you dearly. Tom
