How do I go about replacing windows on my 1988 Clayton. The windows look ok and no leaks are seen but the inside ledge of all windows looks dry, has flaking material, andthe fim around the window that holds the winter panes is warped.?
Any suggestions?

It's a simple process to get the correct measurements - you can either measure them yourself or call Clayton and see if they will have the correct sizes on a plan sheet. You can either order the new units from a MH supplier or take the measurements to a local Home Depot, Lowe's, Menard's, etc., and order them thru them. I would have an experienced WINDOW contractor do the install - there are new requirements coming that a general contractor may/maynot know about (these will effect warranties). I would recommend a good vinyl Single Hung unit with Low E glass.
