How does one go about leveling a mobile home when the entire home is unlevel? We just bought a '71 model that's
12' x 56' that has been on the same spot since it was new. It is immaculate on the inside and out but it is unlevel both the width and the length. I have an excellent mechanical aptitude and have done just about everything there is except LEVELING A MOBILE HOME.!!!! Any pointers would really be appreciated.
Also, how much would one expect to pay generally to have one leveled by the pro's?

Thanks,

Charlie Agnew

I also have a question about leveling a home of the same size and age..with a twist though. The previous owners out grew the 12 x 56 and added a 12x 56 additon.
and have put a peaked roof on that covers the original home and the addition. BUT it is unlevel...I mean you need to go down a set of stairs into the addition...we don't know what to do to level this whole place or if it is even possible. The place is getting old and we were considering a total gut and redo. Maybe a sell and move it and start from new would be a better thing to do?? any suggestions and advice would be appreciated. Oh and sorry for the long winded-ness ; )
