I know little or nothing about home repair...particularly manufactured home. What I do know is that there are 2 inside rook water leaks stemming from the corners of the bathroom sunlight. Is this an easy solve? If so how.

Brad,
Starting at the bottom of the skylight, working your way towards the top, use a garden hose to pinpoint the exact spot of your leak. Somtimes I have found leaks far from where you think they are. When you do find your sourse, it may be a quick fix with a tube of "Black Jack" caulking, or removing shingles, skylight and resealing the unit and replacing shingles.

I'm blowing outlets and sparking like crazy, tell me what to do. It's a 72 aluminum wiring job. Does anyone know about class-action lawsuits This is not my first mobiole home. The previous owners never told me about the wiring. It's a nightmare. I couldn't resell this home in good conscience without trying to repair or warn the next owners, what can I do to fix this?
