Yes, in various pockets around the country, they do this. I see a potential problem with this, if you live in a cold climate area and not on a cement slab. Frost heave plays havoc with regular vinyl skirting in a normal install and busted panels can happen. So Im not inclined to recommend this unless your on a cement slab. If you in a warm climate area and on cement footers and have no problems with the home shifting, I dont see why it cant be done. Tom
